The Tumbler Company uses UPS on all shipments within the the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. We process/ship all orders within 1-2 business days, from the time order, is placed on www.thetumblercompany.com. Please allow 1-4 business days (transit time) for your order to arrive based on your location and the product ordered.

All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Our shipping rate is based on the real-time UPS shipping rate through UPS.com
- additional shipping costs for outside of the contiguous US might be applied (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

The Tumbler Company and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2022.

- Memorial Day - May 30th, 2022
- Juneteenth - June 19th, 2022 ( Observed Monday, June 20th)

- Columbus Day - October 10th, 2022
- Veterans' Day - November 11th, 2022
- Thanksgiving Day - November 24, 2022
- Christmas Day - December 25, 2021 (Observed Monday, December 26th)
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
The Tumbler Company uses USPS to ship to Po BOX within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight or insured value of the package.
- If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time The Tumbler Company only offer international shipping to Canada, Hong Kong, and United Kingdom. All international shipment will be ship through UPS , and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight or insured value of the package.
